Some examples of my dishes
My presentation for special occasion dinners is a Westernised plating style, to suit the crockery of my clients. even if many of my ingredients and flavours are distinctively Japanese.
If you would like, I am able to ‘tone down’ the Japanese influence, with my knowledge of classical French and British sauces. Equally, if you would like a more traditional Japanese menu and presentation, please let me know.
