I can provide all Japanese crockery and disposable bamboo chopsticks
I normally recommend that the hosts usual crockery is used when food is served family style
Alternatively, I can advise which crockery to hire from event hire companies such as Jones
I can also bring sake glasses and recommend which sakes to serve
