Overview
Koj is a British-Japanese Chef renowned in the Cotswolds for memorable private dining to celebrate special occasions.
For small groups, he extends and enhances the dining experience with a cookery lesson in the afternoon. Taking dietary preferences into account, he will curate a menu that showcases some of the signature dishes from his book and his online course and create a syllabus to educate and inspire. For those who love to cook, there will be a chance for hands-on experience. For others, who just love to eat, this is an opportunity to ‘watch and learn’ from demonstrations and be entertained by Koj’s eloquent narrative of where his passions and skills originated.
