Overview
Koj is a British-Japanese Chef renowned in the Cotswolds for creating
memorable private dining to celebrate special occasions.
Exclusive to Luxury Cotswold Rentals guests, he extends and enhances the dining experience with a cookery lesson in the afternoon. Taking dietary preferences into account, he curates a menu that showcases some of the signature dishes from his book and his online course and create a syllabus to educate and inspire. For those who love to cook, there will be a chance for hands-on experience. For others, who love to eat, this is an opportunity to ‘watch and learn’ from demonstrations and be entertained by Koj’s eloquent narrative of where his passions and skills originated.
