Tripadvisor fraud within our industry

The blog post that went VIRAL... this was seen 185,000 times on Twitter. We had a bad review, but I was tempted to ignore it and move on. Until I received a snippet of info that led to a bit of online research. I connected the dots, unearthed a fellow hospitality professional who was fraudulently abusing her anonymous Tripadvisor account and I called her out for it.
